The Trixter X-Bike is the only indoor bicycle available that is X-Bar enabled. The unique X-Bars and Trixter X-Biking program deliver the ultimate in fun and full-body workouts on the most comfortable and durable indoor bike on the market.

Climbing out-of-the-saddle, accelerating, and recovering are dynamic total-body actions for everyone riding bicycles outdoors. Climbing steep hills and sprinting involve significant upper body and core muscle recruitment to control the lower-body and the movement of bicycle beneath the rider. The Trixter X-Bike, featuring the X-Bars which articulate from side-to-side, provide an effective, realistic means of duplicating this riding dynamic. Each X-Bike ride enables unprecedented full-body muscle conditioning within a cardiovascular indoor cycling workout.

Set up just like the handlebars on a mountain bike, with an integrated SRAM Rocket Twist-Grip resistance adjuster and bar-ends included, the entire X-Bar unit articulates from side-to-side against seven progressive and adjustable levels of resistance.

X-Bike Feel – A quick twist of the nine-speed SRAM Rocket Twist-Grip resistance adjuster, conveniently placed on the X-Bar, offers easy and accurate resistance adjustment "on-the-fly". The X-Bars side-to-side movement damper features seven resistance settings enabling the rider to further tune the X-Biking experience to his or her preference.

X-Bike Fit - "True to mountain bike design" permits riders to easily set a custom, comfortable, and anatomically correct riding position. Saddle tilt and reach, saddle height, and handlebar height are fully adjustable. Dual sided, SPD-compatible pedals are fitted to allow riders the option to wear cycling shoes or traditional cross-trainers. A contoured cushioned seat and easily accessible water bottle cage placement complete the package.

X-Bike Features - The 40-pound flywheel is precision balanced, driven by forged alloy mountain bike cranks married to a sealed ISIS-splined bottom bracket, and slowed by oversized /quick-change felt pads mated to a powerful V-Brake. The creative design and placement of components, front fender, sweat guards, and corrosion treated chain will keep the X-Bike running gear shielded from perspiration.

X-Bike Safety - The free-wheel drive mechanism protects against some of the most common indoor cycling accidents and totally eliminates the need for an emergency braking mechanism. The average X-Biker can burn about 500 calories riding any of the 30-minute interval based X-Biking classes. It can take up to twice as long to reach that goal riding old school fixed bar, fixed gearindoor bikes. Plus, the pre-programmed X-Biking classes, with custom music tracks designed for each of the unique workout maps, free the instructor to focus entirely on the needs of class participants.
